Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all areas across Egypt.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping within Egypt: EGP 80

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over EGP 10,000

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after confirmation.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Some areas may require additional delivery time.

We may contact you by phone to confirm your order and delivery details before shipping.

Receiving Your Order

Please make sure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

If you are unable to receive your order, the shipping company may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Returned or Unreceived Orders

If an order is refused or not received for reasons unrelated to the product, additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
